Job Description
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our recruitment success. You’ll proactively identify, engage, and develop relationships with both active and passive candidates to support hiring across our nationwide operations. This position is ideal for a strategic and resourceful sourcing professional who enjoys market research, candidate engagement, and building strong pipelines for current and future business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with recruiters and leadership to forecast hiring needs and support strategic workforce planning
• Conduct advanced candidate searches using Boolean strings, X-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, and other sourcing platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired and critical roles
• Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns, networking, and social media channels
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide insights and analytics to refine sourcing strategies and enhance recruitment outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Proven experience using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, etc.)

• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging approach
• Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

The base pay range for this position is $70,000–$80,00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
