DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related fields
- 4+ year of experience as a software engineer or developer
- Hands on experience on with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, PowerBI, etc.) or other low-code / no-code platforms is preferred
- Programming or development experience (R, Python, Java, .Net, C#, Visual Basic, etc.) preferably on automation and/or integration projects
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or similar applications a plus
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with database development and complex solution architecture
WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Your role will involve developing automations and data visualizations that revolutionize the interaction between people, processes, and systems, from initial project discovery to full implementation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform, creating reusable components, scripts, and frameworks to automate manual administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to guide internal stakeholders in identifying opportunities through the analysis of business challenges, processes, and data.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including designs, release notes, and other project materials to support development, security, operations, and maintenance efforts.
- Work closely with colleagues, customers, and third parties throughout product development and quality assurance to ensure alignment with design and effective problem-solving.
- Successfully deploy projects and address any issues that arise in daily support by providing timely responses and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for Power Platform solutions, including governance, operating models, and solution frameworks.
- Analyze data, interpret results, and present findings to internal or external stakeholders.
- Stay current with technology trends and best practices, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in community practice groups, and mentoring other community members.
