Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support enterprise-level initiatives tied to technology asset management. This role requires an individual skilled in leading cross-functional project teams, managing complex deliverables, and ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic technology projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to support enterprise asset management initiatives
- Manage project artifacts including schedules, charters, WBS, communication plans, and risk logs
- Oversee change management, training plans, and stakeholder engagement efforts
- Monitor project performance through structured metrics and reporting processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, preferably involving asset management systems
- Proven expertise in project documentation, schedule planning, and risk management
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
