Sr. Commercial Property Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Join our client’s team as a Senior Commercial Property Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations and tenant relations for a diverse portfolio of office and industrial buildings. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day management of properties, while delivering excellent service to tenants and maintaining high operational standards. Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, inspections, and maintenance of assigned properties
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships
- Prepare and manage property budgets, ensuring financial efficiency
- Handle rent collection, and delinquencies, and approve property-related expenses
- Manage vendor relationships, and contracts, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Negotiate and renew lease agreements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial property management is strongly preferred
- A Texas Real Estate License or Texas Broker License is advantageous
- Experience with MRI, Yardi, or Kardin software is a plus
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD is beneficial
- Strong communication and tenant management skills are essential for success in this role
