Job Description
Join a cross-functional team supporting enterprise and operational initiatives that shape the client’s technology landscape. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will engage directly with internal stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to define business requirements, optimize processes, and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed business and functional requirement specifications
- Facilitate workshops and lead stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and user feedback
- Create test plans, test cases, and track user acceptance outcomes
- Collaborate across project teams to support design validation, sprint planning, and solution delivery
- Maintain current-state and future-state workflow diagrams to support process improvements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level Business Analyst role within complex project environments
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and full SDLC business analysis
- Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and test scripts
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse teams and translate requirements into technical artifacts
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; experience with productivity tools such as JIRA, DevOps, or similar platforms preferred

The Pay Rate range for this position is $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
