Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer of engineered materials as a Slitter Operator. Operate and maintain slitting machines to cut film to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role in a clean, safety-focused environment ideal for detail-oriented individuals.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate slitting machines
- Inspect rolls for flatness, holes, and defects
- Perform adjustments using hand tools and measuring devices
- Read and follow production tickets and quality guidelines
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers)
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety
