Job Description
Join a growing team as a Shipping Receiving Clerk/Material Handler and support a growing manufacturing on their journey that produces quality standard medical components all around the world! This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and looking to build a career in logistics or supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Shipments: Arrange transportation for goods entering or leaving the country
- Prepare Documentation: Handle bills of leading, invoices, customs declarations, and certificates of origin
- Track Shipments: Monitor cargo movement and update stakeholders on delivery status
- Ensure Compliance: Follow international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies
- Communicating with Partners: Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ Import and Export experience.
- Ability to effectively understand safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and other job requirements generally written or expressed in English.
- Experience completing BOL and setting up shipments.
- Experience receiving within an ERP system is a bonus.

The base salary range for this position is $24.00 an hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
