Sewing Production Associate (No experience required)

Proud partners with a leading provider of custom measured tailored firefighter protective suits, The Reserves Network is interviewing Sewing Production Associates. Conveniently located in Medina, OH, this company provides exceptional internal growth opportunities.
Hours: 2nd shift 2:30pm-11:30pm Monday –Thursday, 1pm-7:30pm Fridays
Pay: $16/ Hr. + Team Production Bonus (+ $1, $2 or $3/ Hour) after hire in
BONUS PROGRAM!
$500 Bonus after first 90 days from time of hire
$1,000 Bonus after 1st year
Duties:
-Follow work instructions/ work practices for each activity or job
-Perform different sewing and tailoring for custom orders
-Utilize sewing machine
-Maintain a safe work environment by following established regulations
-Other duties as required
What You Need:
-High school diploma/GED and willingness to learn.
-Basic math skills, ability to read / understand written instructions.
-Hand dexterity and attention to detail
-Must be take pride in your work
-Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for shift.
