Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate ServiceNow Developer to join a collaborative team responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of a ServiceNow platform. This role supports multiple service areas, driving automation and workflow efficiency, while delivering high-quality solutions in alignment with stakeholder priorities.
You’ll work closely with a senior developer and participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog planning, and sprint execution across various ITSM and 311 applications.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, including form design, workflows, and automation scripts
- Manage service requests and platform enhancements from initial requirements through release
- Own and maintain development pipelines, coordinating version control and release cycles
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to document requirements and provide technical solutions
- Contribute to system performance tuning, integrations, and general platform optimization
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, including ITSM and custom app development
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow Studio
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience using DevOps or similar tools for tracking progress
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for working with cross-functional teams and end users
- Experience mentoring junior team members or analysts preferred

The Pay Rate range for this position is $34 – $39 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
