Job Description
The Service Technician provides professional service and technical support to customers by performing field service installations, startups, repairs, and maintenance of pumps, pump units, high pressure cleaning equipment, engines & motors. This role is responsible for ensuring all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and customer standards.
Responsibilities:
Read and review wiring schematics, manufacturer information, specification and other technical documents required to service equipment.
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of equipment and associated components.
Works as part of a team to provide guidance to customers on installation, troubleshooting, repair, and other technical recommendations, either on-site or over-the-phone.
Provide written service and expense reports to the manager on all activities carried out on-site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Assist in manufacturing production assemblies
Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times.
Develop and maintain safe work habits and practices. Maintain customer relationships in a professional manner through communication, service, and support.
Safeguard and maintain all provided tools and equipment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to Muli-task
Mechanically inclined
Valid Driver’s license

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
