Job Description
Join a top-tier wealth management firm in Omaha as a Tax Accountant. In this role, you'll focus heavily on domestic tax compliance and strategic tax planning for high-net-worth clients. You’ll work closely with firm leadership to drive efficiencies and support growth initiatives. This position also involves developing effective tax strategies and nurturing strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all relevant tax compliance and strategic planning for clients
- Prepare and review all tax returns for clients
- Advise and collaborate with company leaders on all relevant tax related matters
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field
- Must have at least 5+ years of public tax experience
- Prefer to have prior exposure to wealth management or financial planning
- Prefer an active CPA license
- Proficient in UltraTax & TaxDome

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000, excluding bonuses or additional compensation. Final compensation will be based on your experience, qualifications, skillset, location, and internal pay equity. While this role does not include traditional benefits, it does offer a highly competitive bonus structure with strong earning potential within the first year.
