Job Description
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge software applications that support the client’s operations and enhance the experience of valued customers. Leveraging your extensive expertise in full-stack software engineering, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop technology solutions for a customized ERP system and modern eCommerce platform.
- Apply creativity to solve complex problems and improve existing solutions.
- Design and implement engaging, just-in-time consumable content.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment to meet deadlines.
- Analyze requirements to create technical end-user content for software installation, configuration, reporting, data migration, and integrations.
- Test software, identify issues, and ensure content aligns with product functionality.
- Follow and enhance content development standards, templates, and best practices while contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in React, Node.js, web development, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue, jQuery) and front-end tools (Kendo/Telerik, HTML5, CSS3).
- Strong understanding of C#, Java, SQL Server, API development, and .NET applications.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Hyland OnBase, and Progress 4GL programming.
- Proficiency in source control, CI/CD tools (SVN, GitHub, DevOps, Jenkins), and SDLC best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $115K – $125K, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
