A small, local company is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join their team and assist with processing AP and AR, cutting checks, and managing entries.
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS PART-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK OPPORTUNITY?
- Contract – Indefinite in length (mostly likely at least 6 months)
- 3 days in the office (onsite during training)
- 20 to 25 hours a week
- $25 to $30 an hour with some flexibility depending on experience

- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Experience cutting checks
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail

- Excellent communication skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS THE PART-TIME ACCOUNTING CLERK INCLUDE:
- Accounts payable

- Sorting and managing mail and applying checks received for payment
