Job Description
In this position, you will work in a busy environment managing accounting records, preparing financial statements, optimizing accounting systems, and overseeing budgeting processes. The Senior Staff Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensure accuracy in inventory, and support the CFO with special projects. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on system optimization and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the month-end closing responsibilities
- Prepare income statements
- Handle balance sheet reconciliations
- Other day-to-day accounting procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2 years recent experience will full accounting processes
- Experience with an ERP system, a plus
- Strong knowledge and experience with journal entries

The base salary range for this position is $68,000–$83,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
