Join a dynamic team in Hamilton, Ohio as a Screw Machine Operator/Setup Technician, where you’ll have the opportunity to operate and set up Acme and Davenport screw machines. Your New Role:
As a Screw Machine Operator, you are a critical part of ensuring quality output by loading the machine and performing machine setup, including tooling changes, sharpening and adjusting as needed.
What You Need:
- Relevant experience in maintenance, mechanics, or completion of a trade school.
- Proficiency in standard math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and adaptability with tools and machinery.
- Excellent reasoning ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
