Screw Machine Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled Screw Machine Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Hamilton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, adhering to ISO requirements and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

- Competitive pay starting at $22 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
- Contract to Hire opportunity with growth access and client benefits
- 1st shift 5:45am – 3:45pm Monday – Thursday; overtime possible on Fridays
- 3rd shift 7:45pm – 5:45am Sunday – Wednesday; overtime possible on Thursday
Your New Role:
As a Maintenance Tech for screw machines, you will inspect, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose, and perform repairs as needed.
What You Need:
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant maintenance experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting is required. LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) training is a must.
- Mechanical Skills: Must be mechanically inclined with the ability to adapt quickly to fixing familiar and unfamiliar machinery. Ability to read machine drawings is essential.
- Education: High school diploma, trade school experience, or GED preferred.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and correspondence. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills required (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to understand and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
