What Matters Most

Job Description
This is an in-office telesales role focused on selling final expense life insurance to customers. Agents follow structured scripts, handle inbound and outbound calls using pre-qualified leads, present affordable policy options, and aim for a one-call close while maintaining compliance with carrier and agency procedures.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls with pre-qualified leads (provided by the agency).
• Present plan options clearly and guide customers through the application process.
• Follow structured scripts and one-call close techniques.
• Build rapport, uncover needs, and confidently handle objections.
• Document activity in CRM and comply with carrier/agency standards.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly production metrics.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Mindset first—motivated, disciplined, and positive attitude.
• Experience in telesales, door-to-door sales, insurance, or closing preferred.
• Background in deathcare or final expense is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Computer-savvy; comfortable with CRM and dialer systems.
• Coachable, consistent, goal-oriented; looking for longevity.
• Must work onsite in Greensboro, NC and be authorized to work in the U.S.
