Job Description
A Retail Shipping Coordinator will be one of the point of contacts for our customers. You will assist with arranging shipments, label placement, palletization requirements and other general
Responsibilities:
- Receive orders from emails, dropship account or EDI.
- Enter orders into company system ensuring accuracy and timely shipment
- Review and work open order and back-order reports
- Work with UPS/FedEx/LTL shippers for packaging
- Review invoiced orders and address issues when needed
- Answer emails and provide courteous customer service for shipment issues
- Provide product and inventory updates to each customer throughout the year.
- Setups for new products & removals, depending on results of VLOOKUPs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Required, Associates degree desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
- 1 year experience working directly with customers and good demonstrated people skills
- High energy team player that enjoys talking to customers
- Possess a strong attention to detail to ensure proper tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated Organizational Skills / Reading / Comprehension
- Ability to Work Independently & Manage Time Wisely

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
