Play a critical role in prevention and wellness when you become a Remote Outreach Specialist for a privately run company in Cleveland, OH.
As a Remote Outreach Specialist, you will make outbound calls to repeat customers offering additional healthcare screenings and collect relevant health information from your callers to understand their specific health risks all while educating callers on the benefits of early health screenings, which improve length and quality of life through the prevention and early detection of chronic/major health conditions. • 1st shift Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM EST
• 2nd shift Monday – Friday 11:30AM – 8:00PM EST

Your New Role:
As a Remote Outreach Specialist, you will have a big impact on the health, prevention, and wellness of customers with exceptional care and compassion. You'll provide information regarding their colon cancer screen kits, how to use them, how to ship and return kits as well as promote the benefits of the screening kit. We are looking for candidates that are compassionate and consultative.
What You Need:
• High School Diploma or GED (Education will be verified)
• 1+ years of call center and sales experience
• Stable job history – no job hopping!
• Good customer service and conversational.
• Ability to articulate and present oneself in a professional manner
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen within 24 hours of job offer
