Job Description
The Regulatory Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and effective corporate communications while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This position involves content development, editing, project-based communication strategies, and regulatory compliance support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research, interview, write, and edit content for corporate communication channels.
- Develop and implement communication plans for regulatory and compliance projects.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all materials with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Corporate Communications and Compliance.
- Manage project-based communications and assist with strategic messaging.
- Develop and track online surveys, analyze results, and generate reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Background in the healthcare industry with claims experience
- Strong project management skills
- Working knowledge of claims adjudication systems (e.g., Facets)
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
