Job Description
A premier fine jewelry and luxury watch boutique is seeking a polished and professional receptionist to join their flagship Bellaire location. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, playing a key part in delivering an elevated and welcoming experience. The receptionist will support both the sales and marketing teams and assist with front-of-house operations. Ideal candidates will bring grace, efficiency, and luxury service sensibility to every guest interaction.
Responsibilities:
· Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a high-end guest experience
· Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously
· Manage client appointment scheduling and coordinate with sales team
· Maintain showroom cleanliness and front-of-house presentation standards
· Assist marketing team with social media engagement and light content support
· Handle light administrative duties including filing, data entry, and logging daily activity
· Offer refreshments and maintain a hospitable showroom environment
· Adhere to showroom safety and security procedures

· 2+ years’ experience in receptionist, customer service, or front desk roles
· Luxury retail, hospitality, or fine jewelry experience highly preferred
· Bilingual – Vietnamese-speaking preferred; all bilingual applicants encouraged
· Highly professional appearance and demeanor
· Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and basic social media tools
· Ability to work discreetly with high-profile clients and sensitive information
· Luxury retail, hospitality, or fine jewelry experience highly preferred
