Job Description:
The repacker's job is to inspect, prepare, and repack products for sale or shipment, which includes tasks like inspecting items for quality, handling damaged products, and ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect products for quality, damage, and defects. Set aside any items that do not meet quality standards
- Open damaged containers and repackage products into new cartons or smaller increments according to specifications.
- Pack items into designated cartons, weigh them, and apply the correct labels, including identification, product information, and shipping details.
- Keep an accurate inventory of packaging supplies and ensure correct materials are available at the workstation
- Ensure all products leaving the packing area are of high quality and in good condition.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Good hand dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Able to follow directions
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check

The base pay range for this position is $15 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
