Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Technician to join our team in Springfield, OH. This role is essential in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations and company policies. As a Quality Coordinator, you will work closely with multiple departments to uphold our commitment to innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Create and submit PPAP documentation to ensure product compliance
- Utilize basic layout tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) to perform quality inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement process improvements
- Maintain and update quality documentation and reports
- Assist in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- PPAP documentation experience is required
- Proficiency with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED, or 1-2 years of relevant experience/training
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
