Our partner is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join their electronics manufacturing team. This position is based in a clean, climate-controlled facility and focuses on ensuring the quality of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods according to engineering and industry standards. If you have a background in electronic inspection and a passion for quality work, this is the opportunity for you.

This position is based in a clean, climate-controlled facility and focuses on ensuring the quality of incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods according to engineering and industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform inspection of electronic systems, subassemblies, and components using blueprints and technical documentation
- Examine wiring, cables, hardware, and components for proper layout and installation
- Conduct incoming inspections to verify conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Inspect solder joints on printed circuit boards to meet IPC/J-STD requirements
- Check part placement, polarity, markings, and overall condition
- Trace wiring diagrams to verify proper cable routing and insulation standards
- Ensure all assembly, inspection, and testing steps were documented and completed
- Record inspection data including serial numbers, defect types, and rework required
- Complete inspection logs/reports using MS Word and Excel
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- IPC/J-STD certification required; trainer certification is a plus
- Ability to interpret component and assembly drawings
- Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and inspection documentation
- Understanding of ESD controls and practices
- Experience with statistical inspection processes is a plus
