Job Description
A Quality Inspector is responsible for verifying that products and materials meet established company standards by conducting inspections, measurements, and tests throughout the manufacturing process, identifying defects, and reporting any non-conformities to ensure quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Verify quality compliance by completing first piece, in-process, and last piece inspections to determine the approval status
- Testing and analyzing parts for conformity to specifications for size, weight, dimensions
- Ensure that specific work instructions are followed and report variances
- Keep accurate records of production & comply with any other required documents
- Use calipers, gauges, or micrometers to measure products
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of prior quality inspection experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints & diagrams
- Ability to use calipers and measuring devices along with functional gauges
- Strong desire for continuous improvement and learning new skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen & background screening

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
