DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5 years in inspection plus 2-3 years as a Quality Engineer or similar role).
- Familiarity with statistical process control and lean principles.
- Strong ability to interpret blueprints, including GD&T.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As the Quality Engineer, you will ensure that products meet the required quality standards by overseeing specific processes and ensuring compliance with customer and company requirements.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Review design documents and quality guidelines to ensure they align with customer and company standards.
- Assist with internal audits and support interpreting relevant quality standards like AS9100C and ISO9001:2008.
- Provide quality support to engineering teams during product development and when dealing with nonconforming parts.
- Collaborate with customer service to address and resolve quality concerns.
- Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action efforts using standard tools and techniques.
- Maintain quality records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
