Job Description
The position is focused on the Production department and will be reporting to the Operations Manager. The technician will inspect the Final Product, Subassemblies, Cables, and other Accessories.
- Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
- Following the Shipment Inspection Checklist, conduct quality assessment measures of all products ready to be shipped, including product returns from customers.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Technicians will also be cross trained in other areas, including, but not limited to: Shipping/Receiving and Inventory Control.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to use calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders.
- ISO 9001:2015 experience is a plus.
- Ability to work OT on an as-needed basis to meet company goals.

The base pay range for this position is $20.00–$21.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
