Support the smooth operations of a local housing authority in LaGrange, GA, as a Property Manager Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in assisting with the management, operations, and admissions processes for low-rent housing programs. As the right hand to the Property Manager, your organizational and communication skills will ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and help maintain exceptional service for residents.

What You Bring to the Role:
- Education & Experience:
- Associate degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, property management, or a similar field.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of HUD regulations, housing program policies, and property management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.

- Maintain accurate records and files for housing programs.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address tenant concerns and property needs.
