Job Description
The Project / Sr. Project Manager will lead large-scale projects in a Class III medical device environment, guiding cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. This role ensures strong team coordination, clear stakeholder communication, and alignment on key milestones from initiation to launch.
- Directs and manages several complex projects concurrently, exercising a high degree of autonomy.
- Acts as the accountable leader for the core project team, ensuring adherence to schedules, managing issues, executing projects effectively, and overseeing budget commitments and expenditures.
- Develops both short- and long-term plans by setting milestone targets and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintains efficient and ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2 years’ experience Product Life Cycle Project Management experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience leading projects in manufacturing
- Highly organized with strong and effective communication skills
