Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the integration of Ryan White Grant Part A, MAI & EHE data collection strategies and applications, ensuring efficient management of the Centralized Patient Care Data Management System (CPCDMS). This role involves data oversight, technical support, training, and process improvement to maintain the quality and consistency of data collection efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Research, conceptualize, and implement the CPCDMS client-level reporting system.
- Provide orientation and ongoing technical assistance to service providers to ensure data quality.
- Develop training materials and oversee training for new CPCDMS users.
- Maintain and update CPCDMS reports and associated folders.
- Compile program reports for affiliates.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field
- Three years of experience managing healthcare-related data systems, with at least two years in program design, oversight, and staff training
- One year of experience implementing and supporting multi-site PC-based database systems
- Knowledge of SQL database platforms
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
