Job Description
This role works directly under the Project Controls Manager serving as a liaison between the engineering, real estate, vegetation management and procurement department. The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining crucial reports for designated projects while monitoring estimation costs, budgets and progress among other duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgets, review processes with stakeholders, monthly tracking and data analysis
- Initiate work requests and ensure requests are done in a timely manner
- Ad-Hoc reporting and ensuring progress is updated weekly
- Analysis of materials, labor overhead and other charges for specific projects
- Develop project estimates that align with designated budgeting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and relevant experience
- Experience working with transmission and substation assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good understanding of financial reporting and assimilation information for reports
- Ability to work independently and great problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to build rapport and create relationships with clients and team members

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly range for this position is $21.00-$22.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
