Job Description
As a Production Support Associate, you will assist with final-stage packaging processes including boxing, bagging, labeling, and shrink wrapping. This position ensures that products are prepared for shipment according to company standards. You’ll also support general production flow, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Package products using boxing, bagging, and shrink-wrapping methods
- Apply labels and ensure proper packaging per customer requirements
- Assist machine operators and production team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working in a fast-paced setting

The base pay range for this position is $16.50/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
