Job Description:
The Production Specialist is essential to the production process, collaborating in a team environment to guarantee the safe, efficient, and high-quality management of propane cylinders. Key duties include refilling, re-valving, requalifying, refurbishing, packaging, and storing cylinders. Every cylinder is thoroughly cleaned, leak-tested, inspected, and then delivered to a wide network of convenience stores nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Loads, sorts, and processes cylinders on the conveyor belt, including removing sleeves and labels.
- Dispatches cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations and performs paint line operations (loading, applying paint, unloading).
- Operates shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper for data code labeling, and stacker for palletizing.
- Inspects cylinders manually for leaks, weight issues, or sleeve malfunctions and performs necessary refurbishments.
- Stacks finished products and ensures quality assurance through checks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and professionalism in all tasks.
- Proven ability to consistently be on time and dependable in fulfilling job duties.
- Willing to work overtime as needed to meet business needs.
- Capable of understanding and following basic written and verbal technical instructions.
- The position involves frequent lifting and stacking of 40lb cylinders, requiring physical stamina.
- Work is conducted outdoors, with exposure to varying temperature conditions.
- Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is preferred.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
