Job Description
Our client, a specialty tubing manufacturing leader in the Charlotte area for nearly 30 years, is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support ongoing production demand. This role is responsible for monitoring production equipment, inspecting finished products, packaging manufactured items, and helping ensure customer specifications are met. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment, strong attention to quality, and a dependable work history.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production machines to ensure they are running smoothly and alert the proper maintenance team when issues occur.
- Conduct basic general maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Visually and manually inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
- Work with production and quality departments to meet production demands while maintaining quality integrity.
- Package manufactured items according to customer specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
- Demonstrated work history of reliability and strong performance.
- Above-average concern for quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

The base pay rate for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
