Job Description
Join a leading manufacturing team in La Porte, TX, as a General Production Associate. In this role, you’ll operate machinery and handle materials safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality production standards. Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment safely and efficiently following supervisor instructions
- Load fiber drums into trailers weighing up to 50 lbs
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Handle general housekeeping and maintenance duties within the work area
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Base Pay Range: $40,000 – $45,000 annually (equivalent), excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final pay will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, and internal pay equity.
