Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will be a key member of the manufacturing team responsible for supporting the production process by performing various tasks in production and ensuring quality control. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a strong work ethic. Production Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects, pushing a cart weighing up to 400lbs along with a commitment to contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials to and from production areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and practices.
- Pushing a cart weighing up to 400 lbs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to lift 400lbs
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Is consistently at work and on time.
