Title: 1st Shift Production Worker

Hours: Flexible schedules available for all shifts
Due to the increased production demands at one of the leading suppliers for KIA in West Point, GA we are seeking 1st shift production workers. As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in maintaining high production standards by supporting various departments. You will be responsible for transporting crates and trolleys of car parts to designated areas, placing parts on the production line, and ensuring that components are properly fitted and assembled. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will help the team meet its goals efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
- Transport crates and trolleys with car parts to different production areas.
- Place parts accurately on the production line.
- Ensure all parts are fitted correctly and comply with quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
Qualifications or Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year of production experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consecutively throughout the shift.
- Comfortable with walking, standing, stooping, bending, and lifting consistently for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Must pass pre-employment screening.
