Job Description:
We’re hiring a hands-on Product Quality Manager to lead quality planning efforts during new product introduction and ensure alignment with quality standards across operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure product integrity and compliance from development through launch.

Responsibilities:
• Lead quality planning and documentation for new product development and launches
• Ensure all control plans, testing protocols, and compliance records are complete and accurate
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues during development
• Support standardization of quality processes across multiple facilities in alignment with ISO 9001
• Participate in internal audits and assist during external quality evaluations
• Proactively identify and manage risks associated with product launches
• Lead quality planning and documentation for new product development and launches

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality roles
• Must have experience with product measurements and checking dimensional parts/products
• Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA
• ISO 9001 internal auditing experience required
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills
