- 12 – month Contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion
- Hybrid position working onsite 50% of the time in the Omaha, NE area

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Knowledge of software development practices and procedures
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Rally
- 5+ years of experience successfully driving product development
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Business Team Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business analysis or project management
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and continuous integration
- Insurance industry and product knowledge

- Identify comprehensive user experience solutions by translating business requirements into a solution for software delivery teams
- Identify user needs, determine functional requirements and high-level features, work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases, and coordinate sprints
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams
