Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using low-code platforms and automation tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and document requirements
- Create reusable components and frameworks for process automation and data visualization
- Troubleshoot, support, and maintain deployed applications, ensuring reliability and performance
- Contribute to standards and best practices for platform governance, security, and solution lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.)
- Programming experience with languages like Python, .NET, C#, or Java, particularly for automation or integration work
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and across teams
- Familiarity with API usage, client-server models, and data workflows; knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus
- Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical ideas for business audiences

The Pay Rate range for this position is $46 – $62 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
