Procurement Analyst
Pay Rate: $27.50 / hour

Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri
Join an established higher education organization in Houston, TX where you will work with Operations and Procurement to analyze and present data and findings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with editing and facilitating procurement documents including purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts.
- Analyze data reports using Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel.
- Create and edit PowerPoint slides for presentation.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Two (2) years of experience in purchasing or procurement is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially, Excel with the ability to create pivot tables and create PowerPoint presentations) is required.
- Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and time management skills are required.
