Job Description
As a Press Brake Set Up and Operator you will operate the press brake to bend, form and shape metal sheets with precision, ensuring accuracy and safety in every operation.
Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate press brake machines, select tooling, and adjust settings for different materials and bends.
- Reading Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications and dimensions.
- Quality Control and Inspection: Inspect finished products for defects, measuring parts for specification conformance, and adjust as needed to maintain high quality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 6 months experience with Press brake machine operation and set up in a manufacturing environment
- Six months continuous manufacturing experience
- Must be reliable, able to work independently and maintain a sense of urgency on the production floor

The base salary range for this position is $20 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
