Job Description
As a powder coater you will read job orders and inspect workpieces to determine work procedures and materials required. You will examine finished surfaces of workpieces to verify conformance to specifications and retouch any defective areas. You will be responsible for maintaining the powder coating paint booth to ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Hang | Inspect Parts
- Set up and operate spray guns
- Paint parts according to specifications
- Maintain and clean paint booth
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min. of 3 years’ experience powder coating
- Steady work history
- Ability to read and follow work orders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

The base pay range for this position is $16.00 – $19.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
