Job Description:
Join a leading oilfield services company specializing in inflatable and swellable packers, as well as downhole tools. As a Potting Operator, you will perform potting operations related to the production of inflatable or swellable packers and other downhole tools.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the sandblaster, lifting devices and overhead crane according to guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels of o-rings and other supplies for potting operations.
- Assemble component parts and seals prior to injecting epoxy resin.
- Interpret engineering drawings, engineering specifications and written process procedures.
- Interpret and follow posted production schedules.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of CNC Machinist experience, including machine setup
- Requires one-year certificate from college or technical school and/or minimum of three to five years related experience as outlined above with prior assembly experience as well as material handling preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.
