Plant Controller

In this highly visible role, you are involved in not only plant accounting but also a key player in day-to-day plant management. WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS PLANT CONTROLLER OPPORTUNITY?
- Direct Hire
- Onsite – flexibility as needed
- Standard 8-5 schedule – some flexibility or adjustments are needed depending on the plant
- $145000 per year with some flexibility, a 15% target bonus, stock options, and more!

DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PLANT CONTROLLER?
- Min 5 years in accounting leadership required
- Manufacturing industry and costing experience required
- CPA big plus!
- SAP and/or SAP S/4 Hana experience big plus
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As the Plant Controller, you will be a key player in developing the team and driving the team and plant through growth and success.
AS THE PLANT CONTROLLER, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Managing 3 finance individuals
- Working directly with the Plant Manager and other plant leadership for the leadership of the organization
- Product costing
- Financial reporting
- Forecasting, budgeting, financial statements, etc.
- Ensuring updates and accuracy of ERP system
