Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Functional SME to support the integration of a third-party time collection and scheduling application with an enterprise HCM system. This role requires expertise in ERP functional design, preferably with PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership in translating business requirements into integration solutions, ensuring compliance with HR and time policies while supporting testing, configuration, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership in translating business requirements into integration solutions, ensuring compliance with HR and time policies while supporting testing, configuration, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional designs for time collection integrations
- Develop functional specifications, field mappings, process flows, and fit-gap analyses
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality of solution design
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including planning, scenario creation, execution, and coordination with business users
- Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure ERP data integrity
- Assist with change management activities related to the adoption and rollout of new system processes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Payroll for North America (or equivalent ERP experience)
- Experience with integration design between ERP and third-party time collection systems (file-based or API)
- Ability to develop process flow diagrams, test plans, and user documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams
- Preferred: Experience implementing Time and Labor template rules and custom rules; understanding of HR/payroll business processes

The Pay Rate range for this position is $37 – $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
