Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Time and Labor modules within ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft. This role will play a critical part in supporting a cross-system integration initiative by translating business requirements into functional and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working in a hybrid functional/technical capacity with a strong focus on data reporting and integration.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements for the integration of ERP Time & Labor systems with external scheduling platforms
- Create detailed functional specifications, data field mappings, and process flow documentation
- Support the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation
- Provide expertise in Time and Labor data reporting, including data extraction and transformation using SQL and other tools
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver accurate and policy-compliant integration solutions
- Assist in data migration, cleansing, and quality assurance efforts to maintain data integrity
Qualifications & Requirements
- Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM, particularly Time and Labor and Payroll for North America
- Proven ability to write functional documentation and process flow diagrams
- Preferred: Experience integrating 3rd-party time collection systems with ERP platforms (file-based, API, etc.)
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data analysis/reporting tools in an ERP environment
- Techno-functional background is highly recommended to succeed in this role
- Solid understanding of HR and Payroll workflows; ability to effectively bridge communication between business and development teams

The Pay Rate range for this position is $30 – $33 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
