Job Description
One of the premier multispecialty clinics is seeking a Medical Receptionist will register patients, schedule appointments, and answer phone lines. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive to facility and provide them with appropriate information
- Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation
- Update patients’ information in EMR system and all related records
- Keep patient appointment on schedule by notifying provider of patients’ arrival
- Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquires
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 years or more of Medical Receptionist experience is required.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
- Previous experience in working in a Medical Receptionist role in a Physician’s office.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
