• General material handling and basic warehouse duties
• Hand-sort small parts for quality control
• Monitor and ensure compliance with product safety standards
• Work with microscopes to inspect parts
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and inventory

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $15 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your compensation will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
