Job Description
The Paralegal will provide essential support to the organization by conducting legal research, preparing documents, and reviewing contracts. They will help with tasks such as drafting contracts and communicating with clients. The work will involve a combination of administrative duties and substantive legal tasks across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal terms, and maintaining contract databases.
- Legal Research: Researching relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support the company's legal needs.
- Compliance Support: Assisting with compliance-related tasks such as monitoring regulations, managing compliance audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintaining and organizing important legal and corporate documents, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of legal research, bids, negotiations, and reviewing contracts.
- Associate's Degree in Paralegal studies or related field.
